Incident: Adult and child on Paddle-board, no life-jackets
At 19:04 watch-keepers observed a Paddle board with an adult and a child (about 10) heading towards Pole Sands, neither had a life jacket, The tide was incoming, Pole sands already covered giving an area of confused water.
At 19:11 Watch-keepers telephoned HMCG to advise of on-going situation, The adult is fishing, knee to thigh deep, child jumping on and off board. HMCG requested that watchkeepers continue monitoring and to update them.
At 19:28 The casualties had paddled back toward the shore, about 10 meters off shore heading towards lifeboat station, behind side shore (observed via CCTV).
At 19:30 Watch-keepers telephoned HMCG to update them, told them where casualties were now, and asked if they were happy for us to stand down, they were.
