Incident: Concerns for Windsurfer

At 09.45 Following call from a Member of Public, HMCG asked NCI for visual on a windsurfer potentially in difficulty off Dawlish Warren.

At 9.55 Confirmed sighting but reported no concern for safety. NCI continued monitoring.

At 10.59 NCI Advised HMCG that the windsurfer was safely ashore.
