Incident: Kite Surfer in trouble

AT 18.24 HMCG (Coastguard) contacted NCI to request assistance in locating kite surfer reportedly in difficulty in River Exe.

18.29 NCI checked log book and confirmed kite surfer fitting description had been observed and was under control.

18.30 HMCG satisfied but requested that NCI continued monitoring.
