NCI watchkeepers contacted the lifeguards about a person observed on Pole Sands, taking photographs, clearly unaware that the tide was incoming,
As the tide came in the person realised they had been cut off and turned to return.
Lifeguards launched their Jet Ski, NCI monitored the situation.
The person waded to shore where the lifeguards met with him for a welfare check.
